For everyone who had no chance to read my blogs …. I am the guy who got “screwed” by ex wife. I lost my child, money and personal belongings.
But that was in 2002…
I am married now and considered myself living normal life. But that normal life was interrupted after 6 years by Arkansas Department of Child Support asking me to repay almost $40,000.00 in past due child support debt that I do not owe or ever was asked to pay by valid standing court order.
To make long story short (full story and facts you can find in my blog) $40,000.00 debt became 3,200.00 just because I have opened this website and decided to go public about my case. I have contacted Senator and Arkansas Governor’s Office and that is the only reason that amount was cut ten times and now Arkansas Department of Child Support want to collect money that they think Illinois Department of Child Support did not charged me enough back in 2002.
The point is that I owe $0.00 and I will fight to the end… My anger is not about the money. It is because of unjust “system” that squeezed me taking away my legal authorization to be employed in United States and right after tried to place me in to Child Support System that is part of united States welfare system for single mothers who are well educated that the more children they have the more benefits and support they will get. While real mothers are working hard and raise their children … majority is there for the “money “ only while children are abused physically, mentally and left there as a tool for these mothers to earn a living.
My case is no different from thousands of other fathers in United States. The only difference is that I am from Lithuania and after living here for over 15 years I cannot finalize or get permanent residency status and that makes me ineligible for employment authorization and other benefits.
While I am being charged 10 times for everything else… I have no simple basic human rights. I cannot even get Drivers License in State where I live for 4 years.
I remarried in 2003 and live normal life. We are having a child December of 2008. This fighting, stress unjust system only proves that justice only looks one way…
While our life looks normal from the side…. It is not. People do not like immigrants here.
I have not seen my son Justin since the day he went to court in 2002 in Illinois. I am good father that lost his rights, hope and son because of broken system that can be manipulated by angry ex wife's.
I do not use drugs, I am not a criminal, I am not an alcocholic... I am father that happened to be not an American Citizen and that places me in uncategorized category in one of the thousands of departments that they have.... The fact is my Ftahers Rigts are Denied without a reason.
While there is nothing in this court battle that would benefit my son or reunite him with me I am appealing $3,200.00 decision and will go to the end to expose the lies and corrupt system that is there and damages future of our children making them ATM machines for money hungry women.

What strange about this case that there wasn't ever a child support case in Arkansas. My ex wife fraudulently obtained Divorce Decree in Arkansas but never Child Support order.
Divorce Decree only noted for me to continue to pay what I was paying to Illinois Department of Child Support and reserved a right to adjudicate child support.
Arkansas Department of Child support decided to by calculator and multiply Illinois Child Support payments by whatever number they feel like and without any court order or giving me a chance to present my case they are going for the cash.... don't we have justice in United States of America ?

My ex spouse is extorting from me $25.836.00 for a child support that I do not owe...
I have provided them with my court orders and links to this website but I guess Arkansas Office of Child Support Enforcement is above the law.
I will be posting all court documents and info in my blog section ASAP before I get arrested for exposing this extortion plot.
Please read Rotonda L. Jukonis background information in my BLOG section... I will contact apartment renting offices listed to match dates and will prove here clearly that Arkansas Divorce was purchased and it is not legal.
Prostitution, parental kidnapping and extortion should be punished by law.... in this case law is on the other side.
